QUALIFICATION BADGES  KVALIFIKACIJSKE ZNAČKE

      Kvalifikacijske značke za vojnike su uvedene 1995. godine. Prva je bila „Potvrđeni pješadinac“. Da bi dobio ovu značku, vojnik je morao zadovoljiti uvjete u testiranju u raznim streljačkim disciplinama, fizičkoj osposobljenosti i općoj pješadijskoj obuci, kao pojedinac, tako i kao dio tima.

      Qualification badges for soldiers were introduced in 1995. The first was “Approved Infantryman”. To wear this badge the soldier had to satisfy the demands in several tests in different disciplines within shooting, physical activities and general infantry education, singlehanded and as a part of the team.

      Oznaka (u početku platnena) se nosila na lijevom rukavu radne uniforme, pri dnu rukava, ali je kasnije premještena na desni prsni džep. Za nošenje na službenoj uniformi, oznake su proizvedene i u metalnoj verziji, srebrne boje, a postavljaju se u sredinu desnog prsnog džepa. Kasnije, oznake dobijaju i službe, s tim da su njihove rađene od punog metala, a ne kao one grana, „sa rupama“. I dizajn ovih oznaka službi odudara od onih u granama. Dok grane imaju specijalne motive (npr. pješadija bajonet), kvalifikacijske značke službi za motiv imaju znak svoje službe.

      The badge in fabric was from the beginning worn at the left sleeve of the field uniform, but has latter been moved to the right breast pocket. For wear with service uniform, the badge was manufactured in silver metal, and from the beginning placed centered on the bellow of the right breast pocket. Latter all the arms of service got their own Q-badges, and they were manufactured in a number of variations: silver, gold, shiny and dull. The Services has also got their own, but with somewhat different design. While the Arms had special motives, and were pierced, the branch badges were solid, and the motive is same as for the service.

      1983. godine dizajnirana su nova krila od prešanog metala, pozlaćena i posrebrena, sa sjajnim detaljima. Dizajnirana je u skladu sa ostalim oznakama grana i službi uvedenim te godine. Proizvedena je i u dvije platnene verzije. Jedna vezena crnom bojom na smb podlozi, a druga, samo za Školu za specijalne jedinice KoV-a (Army Jaeger School). Obadvije su posebno obrubljene da bi se spriječilo habanje. Izrađena je i pustinjska varijanta za nošenje na kaki uniformama.

      From 1983, the new designed jump wings were made in stamped metal, gilt and silver plated, with high luster details like the other branch and arm of service badges from the same year. The shape was mainly the same, but slightly altered to obtain a more ”modern look”. It was also manufactured in two different editions in fabric for wear with the field uniform.  One was embroidered in black cotton on an olivegreen background, other with white on olivegreen. The latter for those serving with Army Jaeger School only. Both patches were finished with and additional outer border to prevent fringing. When actual with service abroad where desert uniform was demanded, the wing was produced with a brown motive on a khaki sand-colored background.  

OTHER BADGES  OSTALE ZNAČKE

      The numbers are showing the order of precedence worn on uniform for military personnel. Military profiencybadges: 1- Det militære skarpskyttermerke (shooting); 2- Det militære marsjmerke (marching); 3- Det militære skimerke (skiing); 4- Infanterimerket (infantry skills); 5- Feltidrettsmerket (field skills) and 6- Det militære femkampmerke (military pentathlon). Civil profiencybadges: 7- Det frivillige Skyttervesens dugleiksmerke (shooting); 8- Norges Skytterforbunds NAIS-medalje (shooting); 9- Det frivillige Skyttervesens skiskyttermedalje (biathlon); 10- Norges Svommeforbunds „Den store havhesten“ (swimming/lifesaving).

      For the badges 1-6 (with expection of nr. 1) you achive the badge in bronze the first time you satisfy the demands for the badge. Silver at the forth and gold at the eight time. The gold badge is also issued as a large medal and as a ribbon to wear on the uniform when medals are not worn. Every third time you achieve the badge a gold star is added. (3 stars = 17 times acheived). All badges can only be acheived once a year. All demands for the military and civil badges varies according to age and gender, except nr. 1. With number 1 you can acheive both the bronze and the silver badge the first year, and you get gold medal the sixth time/year satisy the demands. (3 stars = 15 times).

      Oznaka odličnog strijelca. U prvoj godini testiranju osoba može „zaraditi“ brončanu i srebrenu značku. Nakon prvog osvojenog znaka osoba u slijedećih šest godina može jedanput osvajati značku (srebrenu) i tek nakon šest godina stječete pravo na zlatni znak. Kvalificirati se možete u gađanju pištoljem, puškom, automatskom puškom ili puškomitraljezom. Nakon trećeg po redu osvajanja značke, na zamjenicu se dodaje zlatna zvjezdica (tri zvjezdice jednako petnaest godina).

      Military sharpshooterbadge in silver. The first year one can achieve this in bronze and silver. Then you can achieve the silver badge only once every year until you have achieved it 6 times/years, when you are entitled to the badge in gold. Can be achieved with either rifle, pistol, machinegun or submachine gun. The gold badge is also issued as a large medal and as a ribbon to wear on the uniform when medals are not worn.

      Za vojnu značku Vojni marš (Det militære Marsjmerke) osoba mora preći trideset kilometara u četiri i po sata, u uniformi sa opterećenjem od jedanaest kilograma (u što je uključeno osobno naoružanje).

      For Military marching badge (Det militære Marsjmerke) one must march thirty km in four and half hours in uniform with eleven kg weight, included weapon. The gold badge is also issued as a large medal and as a ribbon to wear on the uniform when medals are not worn.

      Za osvajanje Vojničke skijaške značke potrebno se kvalificirati među 45-55% učesnika sa najboljim rezultatima. Kandidati moraju preći na skijama 30 kilometara, a u testiranje je uključena i provjera iz gađanja i bacanja ručnih bombi. Nakon četiri osvojene brončane značke (jednu na godinu) možete pristupiti testiranju za srebrenu, a nakon osam godina možete osvojiti i zlatnu značku.

      Military Ski-badge in bronze 30 km on military ski with a backpach and weapon with a weight of at least 11 kilos. Included can also be shooting and handgrenade-throwing. To achieve the badge you have to be among the 45–55 % best who fulfill the course. This badge you can achieve 4 times (once a year) and you are entitled to the badge in silver. After 8 times/years you are entitled for the badge in gold. The gold badge is also issued as a large medal and as a ribbon to wear on the uniform when medals are not worn.

      For Infantry button (infanterimerket) one must be tested in 12-15 km running in the woods, partly on path, partly with map and compass, shooting/handgrande, reporting, discovery of hidden objects, estimation of distance to target etc.. To acheive the badge one must be in 45 – 55 % best of tested.

      Ovo je značka za nošenje na civilnoj odjeći, ali postoji i značka koja se nosi ovješena na prsnom džepu uniforme. Tu je i platnena oznaka koja se nosi na rukavu uniforme.

      This is a lapel-badge, for wear with civil clothes, but the badge exist as a shoulder-sleeve insignia for wear on uniform for Other Ranks, and also as a service badge in metal to hang on the left breastpocket of the uniform for Officers.
