      Bjeloruska vojska, na bjeloruskom jeziku Узброеныя сілы Рэспублікі Беларусь sastoji se od kopnene vojske i zrakoplovstva sa protuavionskom odbranom. Oružanim snagama upravlja Ministarstvo odbrane. Bjelorusija je kopnena zemlja i nema mornaricu. Nedavne reforme preoblikovale su oružane snage u relativno respektabilnu silu, s obzirom na ekonomsko stanje u kojem se zemlja nalazi.

      The Armed Forces of Belarus (Belarusian language: Узброеныя сілы Рэспублікі Беларусь - УС РБ) consist of the Army and the Air an Air Defense Forces, all under the command of the Ministry of Defense. Belarus has no navy. The Republic of Belarus has conducted effective military reforms within the last decade which have reshaped its armed forces as a relatively effective force for a small state in somewhat difficult economic conditions.

      2007. oružane snage su brojale 72.940 pripadnika, a planira se njihov broj smanjiti na 60.000. Većina vojnika su vojni obveznici koji služe obavezni vojni rok od 12 mjeseci za one sa visokim obrazovanjem i 18 mjeseci za ostale. Reformom iz 2001. Kopnena je vojska podijeljena u dvije regije. Zapadna operativna komanda sa sjedištem u Grodnom je formirana od bivšeg sovjetskog 28. korpusa, a Sjeverozapadna operativna komanda,sa sjedištem u Borisovu, od 65-og korusa.

      Current personnel in the armed forces number 72,940 (in 2007), although a reduction to 60,000 is planned. Most soldiers are conscripts serving for a period 12 months (with higher education) or 18 month (without). On 21 December 2001, a major reorganization of the Ground Forces produced two operational-territorial commands, formed from two former corps headquarters. All Belarus ground forces are now grouped within these two commands, the Western Operational Command at Grodno, formed from the previous 28th Army Corps, the former Soviet 28th Army, and the North Western Operational Command, the former 65th Army Corps, at Borisov.

      Bjeloruska vojna akademija nastaje 1995. godine objedinjavanjem dviju vojno-obrazovnih ustanova: Protuavionske i raketne škole snaga protuavionske obrane iz Minska te Više vojno-komandne škole iz Minska. Akademijinih deset odjela školuje oficire za trideset i osam specijalnosti, što praktično pokriva sve službe i rodove potrebne bjeloruskim oružanim snagama. Iste te 1995. godine ova vojna školska institucija dobiva i status državne škole što je izjednačava sa civilnim fakultetima.

      In 1995 the Military Academy of Belarus was set up on the basis of two military educational institutions - the Minsk Air Defense and Rocket School of the Air Defense Forces and the Minsk Higher Military Command School. Its 10 departments train officers of 38 specialties for practically all arms of service. Also in 1995 it was given the status of a government institution of secondary special military education for young men.

      Satnija počasne garde vojnog zapovjedništva Minska (Rota ganarovaâ varty Minskoj vojnoj kamendatury) je postrojba počasne garde Oružanih snaga Bjelorusije. Satnija je formirana 22. siječnja 1995. kao postrojba iz Minske protuzračne i raketne škole i Minske više vojne zapovjedne škole. Da biste postali pripadnik počasne garde Bjelorusije, morate biti visoki najmanje 185 cm i imati jake zdravstvene osobine. Dnevni trening u tvrtki traje minimalno 6 sati. Počasna garda vojnog zapovjedništva Minsk sastoji se od tri satnije: Čete počasne garde Oružanih snaga, Četa počasne garde unutarnjih trupa i Četa počasne garde pograničnih jedinica i Orkestra počasne garde.

      The Honor Guard Company of the Minsk Military Commandant (Рота ганаровай варты Мінскай ваеннай камендатуры) is an honor guard unit of the Armed Forces of Belarus. The company was formed on 22 January 1995 as a unit from the Minsk Air Defense and Rocket School and the Minsk Higher Military Command School. To become a member of the honor guard of Belarus, one should be at least 185 cm and have strong health features. Daily training in the company lasts at least 6 hours. Honor Guard of the Minsk Military Commandant consist from three companies: Company Honor Guard of the Armed Forces,  Honor Guard of the Internal Troops and Honor Guard Company of the Border Troops and the Band of the Honor Guard.
