      Činovi vojnih lica obilježavaju se oznakama na naramenici, navlaci na naramenici i etalonu, a za profesionalne oficire Mornarice i na rukavu uniforme.

Član 48.

      Naramenice podoficira su pravougaonog oblika. Kraća strana naramenice, prema otvoru za dugme, je trapezoidnog oblika. U ljetnjoj varijanti, na naramenicama košulje stavljaju se navlake u boji vida Vojske kojem pripada, sa identičnim obilježavanjem čina kao i na naramenicama.

      The non-commissioned officer's shoulder straps are rectangular in shape. The shorter side of the shoulder strap, towards the button opening, is trapezoidal in shape. In the summer variant, the shoulder straps of the shirt are covered in the color of the vision of the Army, to which it belongs, with identical marking of the rank as on the shoulder straps.

      Etaloni za činove su pravougaonog oblika od istog materijala i boje odjevnog predmeta na kojem se nose.

U ljetnjoj varijanti, na naramenicama košulje stavljaju se navlake u boji vida Vojske kojem pripada, sa identičnim obilježavanjem čina kao i na naramenicama.

      Činovi oficira potporučnik, poručnik i kapetan označavaju se šestokrakim reljefnim zvjezdicama patina-zlatne boje, sa prstenom crvene boje u centru, i to : potporučnik - jedna zvjezdica; poručnik - dvije zvjezdice i kapetan - tri zvjezdice.

      The ranks of officer lieutenant, lieutenant and captain are marked with six-pointed relief patina-gold stars, with a red ring in the center, as follows: lieutenant - one star; lieutenant - two stars and captain - three stars.

HIGHER OFFICERS   VIŠI OFICIRI

      Činovi oficira major, potpukovnik i pukovnik označavaju se poprečnim, patina-zlatnim širitom širine 15 mm i šestokrakim reljefnim zvjezdicama patina-zlatne boje, sa prstenom crvene boje u centru, i to: 1. major - poprečni širit i jedna zvjezdica; 2. potpukovnik - poprečni širit i dvije zvjezdice, 3. pukovnik - poprečni širit i tri zvjezdice.

Član 56.

      Činovi komodora i admirala, na naramenicama i navlakama naramenica na košulji, označavaju se patina-zlatnim Grbom Crne Gore i patina-zlatnim šestoktakim zvjezdicama od stilizovanog reljefnog konopa sa prstenom crvene boje u centru, i to: komodor - Grb Crne Gore i jedna zvjezdica; kontra admiral - Grb Crne Gore i dvije zvjezdice; vice admiral - Grb Crne Gore i tri zvjezdice te admiral - Grb Crne Gore i četiri zvjezdice.

      The ranks of commodore and admiral, on the straps and shoulder straps on the shirt, are marked with patina-golden coat of arms of Montenegro and patina-golden six-pointed stars made of stylized relief rope with a red ring in the center, as follows: commodore - coat of arms of Montenegro and one star; Rear Admiral - Coat of Arms of Montenegro and two stars; Vice Admiral - Coat of Arms of Montenegro and three stars and Admiral - Coat of Arms of Montenegro and four stars.
