RAILROAD POLICE
ŽELJEZNIČKA POLICIJA
Bahnpolizei |
|
radionicama..). To je uključivalo, naprimjer napadi na putnike,
protuteroritičko djelovanje, paljevine, pisanje grafita po
željezničkoj imovini, vandaliziranje signala, džepne krađe,
prevare s voznim kartama, pljačke i krađe osobne imovine,
Transportpolizei (transportnu policiju). Bundesgrenzschutz 01.
06. 2005. preimenuju u Bundespolizei (Saveznu policiju) i oni su
trenutno zaduženi za sigurnost i provjere putnika u njemačkom
željezničkom sistemu. |

Bahnpolizei
was the name of the former Railway police of West Germany and fell under
the jurisdiction of the Deutsche Bundesbahn federal railway company.
Bahnpolizei officers investigated trespassing on rail property, assaults
against passengers, terrorism threats targeting the railway, arson,
tagging of graffiti on railroad rolling stock or buildings, signal
vandalism, pickpocketing, ticket fraud, robbery and theft of personal
belongings, baggage or freight. They also investigated train/vehicle
collisions and hazardous materials releases. In 1992 the railway security
mission was transferred from the Bahnpolizei to the Bundesgrenzschutz -
Federal Border Guard Force. The BGS had already taken on these duties in
1990 for the territory of the former East Germany, replacing the former
East German Transportpolizei. The Bundesgrenzschutz was renamed
Bundespolizei (Federal Police) on July 1, 2005, and this force is
currently responsible for security and passenger checks on the German
railway system. |

RIOT POLICE
INTERVENTNA POLICIJA
Bereitschafts
Polizei |
|
Bereitschaftspolizei (u direktnom prevodu znači "Spremna policija") su
interventne jedinice policije. Postoje na dva nivoa, saveznom i po
federalnim jedinicama (zemljama).
jedne zemlje slobodno pomažu onima u drugoj zemlji. Osim policijskih

The Bereitschaftspolizei (literally "Alert Police" or "Readiness Police",
means Riot police) are the support and rapid reaction units of Germany's
police forces. They are detachments in the Federal Police and the State
Police forces of Germany. The Bundespolizei maintains 11 rapid reaction
battalions (called Bundespolizeiabteilung or BPA) stationed throughout
Germany. These units can be called on to reinforce the federal police in
any sphere of its missions, and also to support the police forces of the
Länder. They are also trained to assist local authorities in case of
disasters and uprisings. The state Bereitschaftspolizei units are part of
the Landespolizei and are available for crowd control duties and to assist
the Schupos (Schutzpolizei) when needed. Aside from their primary function
of crowd control, in some states they also train police recruits who serve
about three years in combined training and service in these police support
units. The units of one federal state can be deployed to assist the police
of another state in case of riots, civil disturbances as well as
catastrophes. The Bereitschaftspolizei is assigned to barracks and
organized along military lines into sections, platoons, and 120 to 150
person training or rapid reaction companies called Hundertschaften. In
most Länder, the Bereitschaftspolizei contingents are formed into 600 -
800 person battalions, but in the six largest Länder they are organized
into regiments. |

temelju sveobuhvatne situacijske svijesti; jamčiti sigurne i dobro
funkcionirajuće granice EU-a te planirati i održavati sposobnosti
europske granične i obalne straže. |

policijskim jedinicama specijalne policije. Podređeni su komandi u
Kelnu (Zollkriminalamt in Cologne ZKA)
i pružaju podršku carinicima i policiji. Osnovani su kao odgovor na
sve češće napade na carinike. Prije formiranja ove jedinice, u
slučajevima kojima carinici nisu bili dorasli, ZKA je u pomoć
pozivao specijalce federalne policije, specijalne jedinice policije

The Custom central support group (Zentrale
Unterstützungsgruppe Zoll ZUZ
) is a special unit the German Custom Administration and is
comparable to a spcial police command post . The ZUZ is
subordinated to the Zollkriminalamt in Cologne (ZKA) and
supports the customs authorities, as well as the police.
It was
founded in response to the growing violence against customs
officials.Until the founding of the ZUZ, it was common
practice for the ZKA to request assistance from the Federal
Police by means of a special task command from the Länder police
or from the GSG 9 of the Federal Police in the case of
assignments which exceeded the abilities and equipment of the
tax collectors.
However, in some cases the support of the above
mentioned units could not be guaranteed, since they were too
much of a load in time. |

TINE BLUE LINE
TANKA PLAVA CRTA |
|
Tanka
Njemačku, Belgiju, Švicarsku i Poljsku. Tanka plava crta predstavlja
kriminalaca. To je analogija na pojam Tanka crvena linija. |
The Thin Blue Line is a symbol used by law enforcement, originating in
the United Kingdom but now prevalent in the United States, Canada,
Australia, Germany, Belgium, Switzerland and Poland to commemorate
fallen and to show support for the living law enforcement officers and
to symbolize the relationship of law enforcement in the community as the
protectors of the community from criminals and victimization. It is an
analogy to the term Thin Red Line. |
